Søndermarken is a green park in Frederiksberg, right next to Frederiksberg Have. Find parking near Søndermarken right by the Zoological Garden.
The park was established in the 1730s, adjacent to Frederiksberg Palace. In the park, there is a large fountain, and underneath lies the Cisternerne, an old water reservoir now used as an underground museum. The park has been publicly accessible since 1852. Access is available around the clock.
