Carlsberg village is an old neighborhood on the outskirts of Vesterbro, Copenhagen, bordering Valby and Frederiksberg. There are good parking facilities at Q-Parks parking lots at the Zoological Garden, from where there is a few minutes walk to Carlsberg village.

Carlsberg village is an area on the border of Vesterbro and Frederiksberg in Copenhagen. The area is named after the Carlsberg beer, which originated in the area. It was brewed here from the mid-19th century until 2008, when production was moved to Jutland. However, the Visit Carlsberg visitor center and the Jacobsen Brewery, which produces specialty beers, are still located here. Both places are popular destinations for visitors from abroad as well as from all over Denmark.
Carlsberg village is undergoing modernization, with some old buildings being demolished and new ones being built, while a few old protected buildings still remain on the site. Over the next 15-20 years, the area will be transformed into a new neighborhood, while preserving the historical part of the city.
