Fake emails

Beware of Fake Emails!

We are unfortunately experiencing attempts at fraud involving fake emails sent in our name. The subject line is: Vigtig påmindelse fra Q-Park konto.

The sender urges recipients to update their payment information with Q-Park by clicking on a link in the email.

This email is not from Q-Park, and we would never send such emails to our customers or request this type of information via email.

If you receive such an email, you should delete it immediately and never click on any links within it. You may also choose to report the matter to the police.

You can do this by calling 114.

Q-Park has, of course, been in dialogue with the police regarding this incident.

Kind regards,
Q-Park Operations Denmark A/S
