Focus on health

Families with children affected by cancer help children affected by cancer, young people and their families, so that everyone gets through a difficult time as best as possible. Through mentoring networks, hospital visits, psychological support, social worker support and activities, a community is created among like-minded people, so that the family can have good experiences together for a while. Q-Park supports this cause.

The Arthritis Association is one of the largest patient associations in Denmark and fights for people with diseases and pain in the joints, back and muscles to have a better life.

Hjertegala is an annual fundraising show on TV, where the collected funds go to the Heart Association, where we take up the fight for the approximately 524,000 Danes who live with a heart disease. Within the last 25 years, it has even succeeded in halving the number of deaths caused by cardiovascular disease. The Heart Association is among the largest private contributors to research in Denmark, and the Heart Association gives approximately DKK 30 million to heart research each year. 

Cancer affects one in three Danes and turns everyone else into relatives. A disease that costs 42 Danes their lives every day. Knæk Cancer takes place for a whole week a year, where it is about informing about cancer and healing. The week ends with a big fundraising show on TV. Q-Park donates an amount every year in the service of the good cause.

The Danish Cancer Society - Kræftens Bekæmpelse raises funds for three main purposes: research, prevention, and support for cancer patients and their families. Q-Park supports the Danish Cancer Society throughout the year, both during the Knæk Cancer campaign and other fundraisers.
